Introduction: Congenital adrenal hyperplasia (CAH) is an inherited autosomal recessive disorder characterized by insufficient production of cortisol and high androgens. Myelolipoma is a benign neoplasm of adrenal gland composing mature adipose tissue and scattered islands of hematopoietic elements.
